1. We only accept unused watches in their original packaging. If there are signs of wear or damage to the watch or packaging, we reserve the right to retain a deduction or not accept the watch back.

2. Your right of return is 100 days from receipt of goods if the watch was ordered through our own online shop. For watches from us sold through portals such as Ebay, Amazon, etc., the return policy of the respective portal applies.

3. Use sufficient packaging or pay attention to how the watch was packed when you received it. Some models absolutely require two boxes and must be specially protected. (Watches with glass components, etc.) If the watch arrives defective due to inadequate packaging, we are not liable for the damage.

4. Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will receive a credit or an exchange.
